Garage Door Opener Install & Repair
An opener that grinds, reverses unexpectedly, won't connect to your app, or simply won't run is a daily frustration. We diagnose and repair any brand — and if replacement makes more sense, we'll tell you honestly.
We install belt-drive (quiet), chain-drive (reliable), and jackshaft/wall-mount openers. We can set up MyQ or other smart-home integrations.
- All major brands: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, and more
- Belt-drive, chain-drive, and wall-mount options
- Smart-home and WiFi-connected openers
- Keypad, remote, and battery backup setup
Broken Spring Replacement
A broken torsion or extension spring is the most common reason a garage door stops working. The door feels impossibly heavy or won't move at all — the opener is fine, but the spring does 90% of the lifting.
Do NOT try to open a door with a broken spring. The door can fall, the cable can snap, and it puts enormous strain on the opener. Call us — this is a same-day repair in most cases.
We carry common spring sizes in stock and size replacements to match your door's weight.
- Torsion springs (standard and double-torsion)
- Extension springs with safety cables
- Lifetime-rated springs available
- Same-day repair in most cases
Cable, Track & Roller Repair
The cable lifts the door. The track guides it. The rollers make it quiet and smooth. When any of these wear out or get damaged, the door can bind, sag, or stop working entirely.
Common signs: grinding noise, door that shakes side-to-side, visible fraying on cables, or a section that drags. We inspect the full system and repair only what needs it.
- Cable replacement and re-routing
- Track realignment and replacement
- Nylon and steel roller replacement
- Hinge and bracket repair
Off-Track Door Repair
If your door has jumped its tracks — usually from an impact, a broken cable, or a seized roller — stop using it immediately. Forcing an off-track door risks bending the panels, snapping the cable, or collapsing the door entirely.
We'll put the door back on track, find what caused it, and fix the root issue so it doesn't happen again.
- Safe re-tracking without panel damage
- Root-cause diagnosis included
- Same-day service in most cases
- Emergency calls taken
